Notes Regarding Berthing Rates
All berthing fees at above rates are payable in
advance. Periods beyond the due date will be charged
at the weekly rate. 12 month licence may be paid
by deposit and monthly installments - details on
request.
Berthing fees are based on LENGTH OVERALL including
bowsprits, pulpits, davits, anchors, stern drives,
etc. and rounded up to nearest 0.2m.
The minimum chargeable length is 6.0m.
Catamarans and trimarans will be charged an excess
in proportion to the additional width of the berth
occupied.
Berthing fees include; supply of tap water, daytime
attended use of 240 volt electricity supply (see
also metered supply), the use of deep moorings of
periods up to 24 hours (to accommodate the tide,
subject to reservation), car parking for up to 2
cars per craft, tender storage 1 per craft, 24 hour
use of washrooms, showers and toilets, free use
of the Marina Club facilities subject to election
to membership.
Refund of berthing fees
will only be made at the Marina's discretion for
any portion of the unexpired period for which actual
berth last occupied or allocated is re-let. Sub-letting
of berth or storage is not permitted. |
